Government-funded physiotherapy services are no longer covered by OHIP. However, we do accept Extended Health Benefit Plans, Motor Vehicle Accident claims (MVA) and Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) claims.
We recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing and close-toed comfortable shoes, like sneakers, to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early, so you have time to fill out intake forms, and bring any materials (referrals, medical documents, etc.) that will be helpful or necessary for your care. Your appointment will begin with an assessment of your history and health concern, then your therapist will recommend a comprehensive course of treatment and a treatment plan that is best for you. We offer comprehensive treatment plans including Chiropractic Care, Registered Massage Therapy, Nutrition and Wellness, Foot Care Services/Products and more.
No, you do not require a doctor’s referral to book an appointment. If you receive a group/personal insurance, you may require a doctor’s referral in order to be reimbursed by your insurance provider for any charges you may incur during treatment.
Yes — we do accept patients that may have been involved in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) or a workplace injury (WSIB). Please bring your motor vehicle accident information, insurance and adjustor information and all accident related reports to your first appointment), so that we can handle the entire process smoothly.
Yes we do. Please ensure that your company offers WSIB coverage prior to attending to our clinics. Please also bring all your WSIB documentation to your first appointment, including your claim number.
We do accept IFH if the appropriate and valid documentation is presented at every visit.
