Victoria graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University with Provost distinction. She is passionate about orthopaedic physical therapy and enjoys collaborating with patients to reach their goals through the use of education, individualized exercise programs, and manual therapy. She is an avid life-long learner and has taken courses on soft tissue release, K-taping therapy, and has completed Level 1 of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic Division courses. She plans to progress through further advanced manual therapy levels and continues to explore other educational opportunities to better serve her patients. She also has an interest in neurological physical therapy and has completed a course on Bobath perspectives and clinical application.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys fitness and weight training and has a background in ballet, having danced for 15 years herself. Through ballet, she has had opportunities to provide assessment, mentorship, and feedback to other dancers on their technique. This experience has given her an eye for detail and a passion for analysis of human movement.
